Machete by Robert Rodriguez
The highly skilled Federale Machete is hired by some unsavory types to assassinate a USA senator. But just as he’s about to take the bullet to his head, he spotted someone pointing gun at him and understood that he’s been set up. He hardly survives the assassin’s shot, and is soon is back for revenge on his ex-employers, with his old friend Cheech Marin, who is a priest and promised to live without violence.
