Cameron’s Avatar review: new level of quality in animated movies is set
That’s not a secret that Avatar was one of the highly desired movies of the year. All we were inspired by high quality colorful images and trailers from the upcoming Avatar.
I won’t be original to tell you that I liked it. But… I can’t say I got more pleasure than from Tarantino’s Inglourious Basters. So as almost everyone is telling what he liked about Avatar I will tell you what I didn’t as well.
So, amazing:
Amazing and breathtaking animation. Good and famous actors as Sam Worthington, Zoe Saldana, Stephen Lang, Giovanni Ribisi but most of all I was happy to see Sigourney Weaver and Michelle Rodriguez in one movie. We can see amazing colors all over the movie.
Not amazing:
Story line sucks. Actually the storyline was taken from the Disney animation movie “Pokahontas”. Actually it is fully copied. For most people this point is not bad and ratings and awards prove that – for most people story line is not necessary part. But for me it is. Movie Avatar was planned by Cameron very long time ago that means he has taken story line already then.
It is reported that Avatar 2 and 3 are already in production as the Avatar really beats the counter. Possible it will beat the Titanic.
