Beware – there is very interesting trick that your buyer can do with you using ebay and paypal to scam you. Ebay and Paypal support buyer and they would allow to scam you.

Situation is very simple – you are selling domain name or website via ebay with Paypal payment. Comes buyers, buys your item, transfer you money. You transfer domain name and website to buyer. And then he opens case “unauthorized transaction from his account” – that means he claims that someone else has made transaction with you. This is usually done next day after item is bought so you have not managed to withdraw all money. Paypal instantly locks your money and then as they say say “investigate” the case. Actually they wait and just reverse transaction and return all the cash to the buyer. So the buyer gets all. This scam with help of ebay and paypal is absolutely legal and meet their rules – seller at ebay is always the one that looses.

This is really amazing – such big comanpy as ebay&paypal do not care about this. More over during the opened case they do not even show a piece of respect to seller and do not reply to any communication.
